What Is Our Brokerage Solution?
Brokerages now have the ability to easily notify their agents when showing help is needed. You can increase the productivity of busy agents while offering newer and less busy agents a way to gain market knowledge and earn a few extra bucks showing homes. Our solution allows the brokerage owner to add and remove agents from their organization in Showami. Brokerage accounts also have the ability to view the activity of all agents in their brokerage. It’s a win-win for both the brokerage and the agents.
Easily Add or Remove Agents
Just by signing up, we will bulk upload your current agent database. Going forward, the brokerage will easily be able to add/remove agents simply by clicking the +/- on their dashboard and filling in an email address.
View Agent Activity
Our dashboard gives brokerage owners the ability to monitor their agents’ usage of Showami.

Closed & Open Showings
Agents within your brokerage will be prioritized when it comes to receiving showing notifications. You control whether showing requests can be received from or sent to agents outside of your brokerage.
Branded Landing Page
Your very own landing page makes it easy for agents to be added to your brokerage solution account. They simply need to create a profile using your link. Once completed, they will be added directly to your account.
Refer Your Brokerage Owner
By submitting this you are confirming that you have the brokerage owner’s permission to deliver us their basic contact information. Also know that in order to receive the $200, the brokerage owner must sign up and pay their first invoice.
*To receive the $200 payment, you must be the first in your brokerage to complete the brokerage referral form. Payment will not be made until after the first invoice is paid by the brokerage (typically 30 days after sign up). After the first invoice is paid, $200 will be sent to the payout account within Showami.
